This application is a custom version of the open-source v2rayNG application, operated by korrekhar.com as a VPN service provider. This service is provided to manage VPN subscriptions and distribute VPN configurations to authorized users.
We respect and protect the personal privacy rights of all users. For this reason, we make this privacy policy public. By using this application, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these terms. If you do not agree to these terms, please stop using and uninstall this application immediately.
Information Collection
Backend Services and Data Collection
This application connects to our backend servers (korre.filimo.digital and sub.play2pia.com) to provide VPN service functionality. The following information is collected and transmitted to our backend:
1. Device Registration:
- Device ID: A unique identifier for your device (generated locally on first launch)
- Purpose: To register your device and provide you with a unique VPN subscription
- Storage: Stored permanently on our servers to maintain your subscription
2. Subscription Management:
- Subscription ID: A unique identifier for your VPN subscription
- Connection Timestamps: When you fetch VPN configurations or update subscriptions
- Purpose: To manage your VPN access and deliver updated configurations
3. Automatic Background Communication:
- Notification Polling: The app periodically checks our servers for service announcements and notifications
- Version Checking: The app checks our servers to ensure you're using a compatible version
- VPN Configuration Updates: The app fetches updated VPN server configurations from our subscription service
All communication with our backend servers uses encrypted HTTPS/TLS connections to protect your data in transit.
Additional Data Collection
The application marketplace from which you download the software (such as Google Play) may collect relevant information about the application's operating status and provide it to us. For information about this, please read the privacy policy provided by the application marketplace you use.
This application may include features that require IAP (In-App Purchase) payment to unlock. Your payment information will be processed by the relevant IAP channel, and we do not have access to payment information.
When you report errors in the operation of this application to us, we may ask you to provide software and system logs to help identify the cause of the problem. Since logs may include sensitive information, such information can only be sent by you. We make no express or implied warranties regarding the security and privacy of any transmission service. Please choose a method that you can accept when transmitting relevant information.
Information Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or share your collected user data with any third party. Your data is used solely for:
- Managing your VPN subscription
- Delivering VPN configurations to your device
- Providing service notifications and updates
- Ensuring application compatibility
We may provide anonymized, aggregated statistical information for service improvement purposes, but such information cannot identify individual users.
Information Retention
Backend Registration Data: Device IDs, Subscription IDs, and connection timestamps are stored permanently on our servers to maintain your VPN subscription and service access. This data is necessary for the continued operation of your VPN service.
Local Data: Configuration data and settings stored locally on your device are under your control and can be deleted by uninstalling the application.
If you wish to have your registration data removed from our servers, please contact us using the information provided at the end of this policy.
Information Disclosure
We will use reasonable technical and security measures to protect user data to the best of our ability, but we cannot guarantee absolute data security. If we confirm that a data breach has occurred, we will notify users through available channels within 7 days. You agree not to hold us liable for any losses caused by force majeure.
Children's Privacy
These services are not directed at anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will immediately delete such information from our servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you know that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so that we can take necessary action.
Policy Changes
We reserve the right to modify this privacy policy, but we will ensure that users are notified at least 30 days in advance through our available channels and in-app notifications before updating the terms. Continued use of the software after the new terms take effect indicates your agreement to the modified privacy policy.
VPN Service Provider
This application functions as a VPN service provider client, not merely a generic VPN client. The application:
- Manages VPN subscriptions provided by our service (korre.filimo.digital)
- Automatically registers devices to provide seamless VPN access
- Distributes VPN configurations to authorized users
- Provides service updates and notifications through our backend servers
The VPN connection itself is established to VPN servers operated by or associated with our service. Your internet traffic is routed through these VPN servers when the VPN is active.
